Tamiya X-7 Red (acrylic, 10 ml)

A Tamiya acrylic modeling paint in a deep red with a gloss finish. The X line denotes gloss shades, so X-7 dries to a shine. It comes in a small 10 ml bottle. The paint is water-thinnable, flows well and suits the brush as much as the airbrush.

Use

  • For brush and airbrush application; use X-20A acrylic thinner or water for thinning and cleaning.
  • Gloss red suits markings, accessories, model cars and any area meant to stand out.
  • Before it dries the paint can be washed off with clean water; once cured it is durable.
  • For an even shine, lay the paint over a smooth, sanded surface.

For modelers who work with the proven Tamiya acrylic range and need a gloss red in a smaller package.

Thinned with water or X-20A thinner (the acrylic range). Do not confuse it with the enamel range from the same manufacturer, which is thinned differently. Work in a ventilated area.
