Four shades to the German scale for the Polish air ambulance helicopter EC135: rapeseed yellow, traffic red, ultramarine and graphite gray.
Responsibility details are not available.
This small set is the very opposite of the broad palettes. It aims not at a whole continent but at a single operator and a single type of machine: the EC135 helicopters in the P2 plus and P3 versions, which fly in Poland under the banner of the air ambulance service. That is exactly why four bottles are enough.
The base is the rapeseed yellow RAL 1021, the overall finish of the fuselage and the tail boom. Over it goes the traffic red RAL 3020, from which the striking graphics on the sides of the fuselage and on the boom are made. The ultramarine blue RAL 5002 belongs to the band in which the name of the operator is set out, and the graphite gray RAL 7024 covers the canopy and the cowling of the power unit. Together this gives a color combination that cannot be mistaken for any other European operator.
What is interesting for a modeler is that the set also deals with the small things on which a build usually gets stuck. The engine cowling and the cockpit frame have a different tone from the fuselage, and mixing the graphite gray from black and white usually ends up noticeably colder than the real machine looks. Four bottles therefore cover the whole model without a single addition and the modeler does not have to guess the shade from a photograph.
