Airbrush CAMO-MASK for 1/72 F-15DJ 2005 JASDF Aggressor

Js Work Airbrush CAMO-MASK F-15DJ JASDF Aggressor (1:72)

A set of vinyl self-adhesive masking films for spraying the camouflage of the two-seat F-15DJ fighter in the 2005 aggressor scheme of the JASDF, in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit and it is not decals, but an aid for sharp camouflage transitions on the model.

The real subject

The F-15DJ is the two-seat training version of the F-15J fighter operated by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF). The aggressor squadron, based at Komatsu, uses these machines for air combat training and paints them in striking camouflage schemes that imitate an opponent. The year 2005 denotes the particular form of the finish.

Use

• Transfer the pieces of film onto the dry base color according to the diagram.
• Spray the adjoining shade of the camouflage and remove the films once the paint has set.
• Press the film over edges and panels without creases.
• Apply thin coats of paint so that the transitions stay sharp.

Who the set is for

• Modelers building the two-seat F-15DJ in 1:72 scale.
• Airbrush builders who want an accurate Japanese aggressor scheme.
• Anyone interested in the colorful training finishes of modern fighters.

The films serve as a masking aid for spraying. The paints, an airbrush and the model are not included in the package.
