Amazing Art 0.8 mm airbrush needle

A replacement needle of 0.8 mm diameter for an Amazing Art airbrush. The needle together with the nozzle forms the heart of an airbrush and regulates the flow of paint. The large 0.8 mm diameter is intended for a very generous spray: thick materials, base coats, textures and the quick covering of large areas. A needle this heavy will pass even paints that would clog a finer nozzle, for instance thick base coats, imitations of plaster or textured pastes. You will not get a fine detail pattern out of it, though; smaller diameters serve for small-scale work.

Use

• replacing a bent, blunt or broken needle
• a 0.8 mm diameter, for thick materials and large areas
• the needle should be of the same diameter as the nozzle, otherwise the spray does not work properly
• insert the needle carefully through the nozzle, as a bent tip ruins the spray
• after every spraying session clean the needle and lightly oil it with airbrush oil
• clean thick materials off right after work so that they do not dry inside the airbrush
