Plastruct angle / L section (Angle 3.2 x 3.2 mm)

This is a precisely extruded plastic angle with a section in the shape of the letter L, about 3.2 x 3.2 mm across (a wall thickness of around 0.8 mm) and roughly 375 mm long. It is neither a kit nor a finished model but universal modeling material. Plastruct is an established American maker of sections, tubes and fittings for modelers, architects and diorama builders.

Use

• corner reinforcements, frames, edging, strips and structural edges
• modifying and converting kits, making your own parts
• dioramas, architectural models and railway layouts
• cut with a knife or a saw, sanded, glued and painted once primed

Who it is for

For modelers and scratch-builders who need a precise L section of constant size for strengthening corners and building frames. The section is glued with cement for plastic; with the harder ABS lines use a stronger cement for ABS.
