A dark green from the ATOM COLOR range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez. Dark green is among the shades most often reached for on the whole modeling bench: it suits military vehicles, aircraft camouflage and the green areas of dioramas and accessories. Over a large area it reads as saturated, so it pays to have a lighter shade ready beside it for brightening the upper surfaces and a darker one for the shadows.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use, so that the pigment settled at the bottom is mixed back in; the mixing ball in the bottle shortens the job markedly. The thinner and the thinning ratio differ between ranges, so follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging and use a thinner intended for this range. Never thin in the bottle itself, but in a cup or on a palette, or you will spoil the rest of the paint.
You will get coverage from several thin coats rather than one heavy one; a heavy coat drowns fine surface detail and peels away easily during masking. Let the paint dry between coats, as a surface that is dry to the touch need not yet be cured. Before a wash and before varnish, let the paint rest longer rather than shorter. Clean the tools and the nozzle right after work, as dried paint is hard to get out of fine parts.
The thinner, brushes and an airbrush are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
