Responsibility details are not available.
Azure Blue is a light, fairly saturated blue from Hataka's Orange Line, manufacturer code HTK-C028. The name Azure Blue belongs to a British aircraft shade of the Second World War used on the undersides of machines operating over the Mediterranean and over North Africa. Compared with the gray-blue shades worn by machines over Europe it is distinctly bluer.
It suits above all the underside of the airframe of British fighters and bombers of the Mediterranean and African theaters. The line between the blue underside and the upper surfaces runs along the sides of the fuselage and, on machines resprayed in the field, it tends to be softer than on schemes applied at the factory. Note that the same shade name carries a differently saturated tone in different lines, and the surviving evidence varies according to the maker of the paint as well. Compare the color with the references for the particular machine you are building, and do not take the name on the bottle as the only correct answer.
Stir the bottle well before use, otherwise settled pigment stays at the bottom and the shade comes out weaker. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging, that is, the thinner intended for this line. Spray in thin coats and let the surface dry between them; a saturated blue only takes on its final tone after the second coat. Wash and degrease the surface of the model beforehand.
The paint itself is supplied. Thinner, brushes and other accessories are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
