Responsibility details are not available.
The Sega Saturn is a home game console from the mid-1990s and among collectors it belongs to the icons of its day. The model reduces it at the ratio of 2/5 given in the name, so the finished piece fits on a shelf between books and still keeps its controls legible. The item belongs to the Best Hit Chronicle line, which builds models of real consumer products rather than of military or aviation hardware.
This is a plastic model supplied as a set of parts for assembly. The binding source is the box and the enclosed instructions. Read the instructions right through beforehand: on a model with large smooth surfaces the order of the steps decides whether any handling marks are left on the visible sides.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little from the part and carefully sand the mark left by the cut flat. The large flat surfaces show most on this subject, so before any painting wash and degrease them and do not touch them with bare fingers. Apply the paint in thin coats; a single heavy coat rounds the edges off and the model loses the exact shape of the consumer product.
Paints, glue and thinner are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise. The extent of the package is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
