Replacement abrasive strips for the Flex-i-file sanding frame in a very fine grit. The sanding frame is a metal tensioning frame in which a strip is clamped between two pins and tensioned like a bowstring. The tensioned strip then flexes, follows outer and inner curves and reaches places a flat sanding block cannot. The strips have a flexible polyester backing and are color-coded by grit.
For modelers who already own the Flex-i-file sanding frame and need replacement strips. The very fine grit serves to finish a surface, not for heavy removal of material.
The strips are a consumable. The sanding frame is not included in this package, unless stated otherwise.
