Responsibility details are not available.
The Bus Stop People set belongs to the line of scenic accessories of the American brand Woodland Scenics for HO scale (1:87). It holds figures of people waiting for a service, standing and sitting ones and figures with bags and luggage. The figures are modeled in detail and hand-painted, they are supplied finished and are only set in place.
Waiting people are one of the strongest signs of a living transport hub. A bus stop, a station platform, a station forecourt or the area in front of a concourse gets a clear function with this set: it can be seen that somebody arrives here and somebody leaves. The set goes well with models of shelters, benches and trash cans from the same line of accessories and with vehicles in the same scale.
Set the group out irregularly: somebody stands by the post with the timetable, somebody sits, somebody looks in the direction the service comes from. It is precisely the turning of the gazes that makes a scene believable. Glue the figures with a spot drop of cyanoacrylate glue; on removable modules PVA glue is sufficient. A fine spray of matte varnish evens out the gloss of the paints and a pinch of pigment on the footwear links the figures to the surface of the sidewalk. Shades may differ slightly between production runs.
The figures are supplied finished and hand-painted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
