Responsibility details are not available.
The sheet carries a regular grid of grooves across its whole surface, dividing it into squares 6.3 mm on a side. The dimension comes from the American quarter of an inch, so it matches parts of accessories from overseas. The sheet is 15 x 30 cm and the grid runs from edge to edge, so one sheet yields a continuous sidewalk even for a longer scene.
In one thirty-fifth a single square corresponds to an area of roughly 22 x 22 cm, which is an ordinary paving slab along a curb. In one forty-eighth it comes out at 30 cm and in 1:72 scale at a generous slab 45 cm on an edge, of the kind laid on a station platform. Depending on the scale chosen, the same sheet therefore serves a city street and an airport apron alike.
The joints can be deepened with a rounded scribing needle; then paint the surface gray and wipe the excess off with a cloth. Irregularity helps here: sink a few slabs slightly deeper, or the surface looks freshly laid and the scene loses its age. The material holds with ordinary cement for plastics and will attach reliably even to a wooden base if you sand it down first.
