DakkaDakka - TRAITORS SQUAD - Chaos Torsos 1:48

DakkaDakka - TRAITORS SQUAD - Chaos Torsos 1:48

A set of torsos from the TRAITORS SQUAD range by Green Stuff World in 1:48 scale. It belongs among accessory parts for figures, not among standalone models.

The torso is the part everything else relates to

In the make-up of a figure the torso holds a special place: the head, both arms and the legs attach to it, so its shape and turn predetermine how all the other parts will sit. Anyone putting a figure together their own way usually starts right here, because the width of the shoulders, the tilt of the chest and how much room is left on the back all follow from the torso. The torso also carries the largest part of the division of the chest, the area most visible from the front and the one that sets the character of the figure most strongly. The practical upshot is simple: choosing the torso is a decision hard to get around in later steps, whereas the head or the armament can be changed long afterwards.

Where the set comes into its own

• the starting part for putting a figure together your own way
• changing the tilt of the chest and with it the whole posture
• bringing the character of a group of figures into line
• widening a personal stock of parts

Who the set is for

For modelers who set the look of a figure to their own idea and need a load-bearing element to attach the rest to. The TRAITORS SQUAD range name is in the manufacturer's original wording. The material, the number of pieces and the dimensions of the parts are given by the manufacturer on the packaging.
