It is a universal accessory with no fixed scale - you choose the size of the numerals according to the particular use, so the sheet will serve on dioramas in the usual modeling scales as well as on larger objects and vignettes.
Prepare the surface with gloss varnish so that the decal adheres well and no silvering appears. Dip the numeral briefly, transfer it into place, squeeze out the water and let it dry; on a textured surface a decal softener helps.
