About product

Flexible foam wheel bay masks for the P-47 Thunderbolt, 1:48 (Art Scale)

This is a set of flexible foam masks (FOAM) intended to close off the landing gear bays of a model of the P-47 Thunderbolt fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit but an aid for painting. The foam material presses springily into the openings of the bays and closes them reliably during spraying.

Use

  • Press the masks into the wheel bays before painting the underside of the wings and the fuselage.
  • They protect the inside of the bays from overspray.
  • They are easy to take out after painting and can be used again.
  • They leave behind no adhesive and no imprint.

Who the set is for

  • Builders of the P-47 Thunderbolt in 1:48.
  • Modelers who want quick and clean masking of the wheel bays.

An aid for masking, not a model. Paints are not included in the package.
