A set of two collector's resin figures of Japanese volunteers in 1:48 scale from the South Korean maker Tori Factory. The characters are cast in resin and are supplied unglued and unpainted. It is not a kit of equipment but a pair of stand-alone figures suitable for display or for a historical diorama.
The figures capture Japanese volunteers. The smaller 1:48 scale suits aviation and vehicle scenes in the same scale and makes it possible to bring a display case to life with small human characters.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut away the casting blocks and clean the surfaces up with sanding paper (protect your airways). Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). For the small scale it pays to spray a base coat of primer and to paint patiently in thin coats of acrylics; a fine wash will bring out the small details.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
