A Hataka paint set from the Red Line range for models of Finnish Air Force aircraft of the Second World War, volume one.
Responsibility details are not available.
Hataka paints from the Red Line range, put together into one set for Finnish Air Force machines of the Second World War period. The designation Volume 1 marks the first part of the theme.
Finnish machines carried their own combination of shades: dark wavy patches on the upper surfaces, a light underside and yellow recognition areas that cannot be hidden on a model. Hitting such a scheme by mixing is uncertain, and when repairing a scuffed spot the shade almost never matches the second time. A ready-made set gets round that problem, and the same shades can be bought again later.
Stir the bottle smooth before use. Apply in thin coats, as a heavy coat floods the engraving and the fine detail. Choose the thinner, the thinning ratio and the recommended method of application according to the manufacturer's data for this range; ranges differ even within one manufacturer, so a procedure from another range cannot be carried over here. Wash out brushes and the airbrush cup straight after work, as dried paint is considerably harder to remove.
For the modeler who builds Finnish Air Force aircraft and wants the whole color scheme together in one box, without mixing and without hunting for individual shades.
The subject of the delivery is the paints. The model, thinner, clear coat and tools are not supplied, unless stated otherwise.
