HEKI decovlies Wild Grass, Meadow Green, 40x40 cm is a large-format grass mat.
Responsibility details are not available.
A grass mat from the German maker HEKI in the decovlies line, measuring forty by forty centimeters, that is, an area of sixteen hundred square centimeters. The fibers are applied to a practically invisible backing mesh, so the mat can be torn into irregular pieces and its edge disappears in the landscape. Meadow green is the basic summer shade of the whole line, and in a square large-format version this is material for continuous areas, not for fine-tuning detail.
Apply spray adhesive to a new base and press the mat down. On an area that is already grassed you do not need glue, as the fibers interlock with the base. With a format this large it is essential not to lay the mat as one piece: tear it into sections and assemble them with irregular edges and varying density. A uniform area forty by forty centimeters would look like a carpet on a layout at once.
For layout and diorama builders laying out larger grassy areas, and for modelers who want a reserve of basic material. This is modeling material, not a toy. The manufacturer marks its scenery products as unsuitable for children under fifteen.
