An injection-molded plastic kit of the modern Airbus A350-900 long-haul widebody airliner in the colors of the Turkish airline, in 1:144 scale from Revell. According to the manufacturer the package contains a new large decal sheet with the company scheme and finely rendered parts including the flight deck and the engine nacelles. It is a sizeable model of a twin-engine long-haul machine.
The Airbus A350-900 is a modern twin-engine widebody long-haul airliner with extensive use of composite materials. It is distinguished by an aerodynamically clean wing with curved tips, economical engines and low fuel consumption on long-haul routes. It serves to carry hundreds of passengers over long distances and is one of the most modern types in its category; the leading world airlines deploy it on long-haul routes.
Use liquid cement for plastic and build in subassemblies. On the smooth fuselage of a widebody airliner, fill and sand the joints carefully, because they will stand out under a gloss finish. Lay down a primer before painting and paint with an airbrush; apply the base white evenly. Apply the large decals onto a gloss clear coat so that no silvering edges appear. Glue the cockpit glazing with cement for clear parts.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
