An injection-molded plastic kit of the Japanese racing car from the Hasegawa brand. The edition captures the car in the specification for the 1971 Japanese Grand Prix and adds newly shaped parts - a headlight cover, an oil cooler, a front spoiler, a rearview mirror and a headrest. Decals for the period racing finish are included.
The Isuzu Bellett 1600GTR was the sporting peak of the Bellett model range and one of the first Japanese cars to carry the designation GT-R. In the version of this edition it started at the Japanese Grand Prix in May 1971 at the Fuji circuit, where it fought its way to the front places in the touring category. The car is among the icons of the beginnings of Japanese motorsport.
Spray the body with an airbrush and take care over a clean application of the racing decals - work with plenty of water and a decal softener, and apply a gloss coat under the decals and at the end. The interior with its roll cage and racing seat and the chassis details will reward care. The newly shaped racing parts (headlight cover, oil cooler, front spoiler) come out well after the edges are brought out; distinguish the matte and gloss areas appropriately.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
Model dobře zpracovaný, detailní výlisky.
