An injection-molded plastic kit of the Nissan Laurel 2000 Turbo Medalist Japanese luxury sedan in the 1982 version in 1:24 scale from the Japanese maker Aoshima. The body is broken down into panels and clear glazing parts, chrome-plated accessories, rubber tires and decals are included. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Nissan Laurel was among the premium sedans of the Japanese brand. The 2000 Turbo Medalist version from the early 1980s represented a richly equipped grade with a turbocharged inline engine, a pronounced boxy body and the comfortable fittings typical of the Japanese luxury cars of the period.
Glue the parts with a thin cement for plastic, sand the joints of the body down and spray a primer on. The gloss of the finish will stand out after the paint is applied with an airbrush and polished. Glue the chrome-plated and clear parts with a glue that does not cause fogging, so that the glazing stays transparent.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
