The accessory contains underwing stores for a model of a combat aircraft, so on its own it makes up no machine. The designation OFAB-250-270 belongs to a Soviet bomb of the 250 kilogram class in a version with an elongated, aerodynamically clean body. It is exactly that shape which allows the stores to be carried on fast machines, where a blunt bomb would cause excessive drag and buffeting. In 1:32 scale the underwing load becomes a conspicuous part of the model, so a faithful shape matters a great deal here.
