This set holds resin wheels for the family of Soviet GAZ-AAA trucks in 1:35 scale. It is not a model on its own but a detail accessory that will replace the wheels from the original kit with more faithful castings with a worked-out tire tread and hubs.
The GAZ-AAA was a Soviet three-axle truck derived from the GAZ-AA type, widely used as a transport and utility vehicle. Wheels with a period tread are among the visually prominent elements that affect the overall impression of a model.
First wash the castings free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and clean the surfaces up; protect your airways when sanding resin. Glue them with cyanoacrylate. The tires are best painted in shades of worn rubber and brought out with dust effects.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
