ELEFANT 1:35 German Wehrmacht jerry cans, Broseu Coburg 1942 pattern are resin accessories for dioramas with faithful period pressing of the 1942 production run.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin set holds German twenty-liter fuel jerry cans in 1:35 scale, made to the 1942 production pattern. It is a diorama accessory and vehicle stowage, not a kit. The German standard can (Wehrmacht-Einheitskanister) was made by several plants during the war and individual batches differed in small details of pressing and marking; this pattern matches the 1942 production run. The castings faithfully capture the pressed ribs, the triple handle and the cap.
German jerry cans are among the iconic equipment of Wehrmacht vehicles. Placed on the fenders, in their brackets or scattered around a diorama, they add credibility to a scene at once. The 1942 pattern suits vehicles from the middle of the war.
Wash the parts to remove any mold release agent and separate them from the casting blocks. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint them with an airbrush or a brush and add patina, rust and period markings. Protect your airways while sanding.
This is a resin accessory set. Glue, paints and the vehicle model are not included in the package.
