The real subject

The HH-60G Pave Hawk is an American combat rescue helicopter of the US Air Force derived from the UH-60 Black Hawk machine. It serves for combat search and rescue of aircrews (CSAR) in combat conditions, for supplementary in-flight refueling and for transport. Its interior carries specific equipment for rescue and combat tasks.

How it is applied

• Cut the piece out of the sheet, soak it in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slide it off the backing paper
• Clean the surface, paint it with a base color and go over it with gloss varnish: the pieces have no adhesive layer and will not hold on matte varnish
• Seat the instrument panel, the side consoles and the cabin panels; on intricate shapes a drop of super glue helps
• Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals attack the printed resin
