A detailed photo-etched set of the rear lights for the modern German Flakpanzer Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft system. It is not a model but a fine accessory: photo-etched and polished parts replace the simplified plastic lamps and give the rear of the vehicle a more convincing, crisp detail. The set is intended for Gepard models in 1:35 scale. The target kit is the Takom 2044.
Lights and their protective cages are among the small but conspicuous features of modern military vehicles. Precise photo-etched parts raise the realism of the rear considerably and offer clean surfaces for colored lenses.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a mat, bend them in a bending tool and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The colored lenses can be finished with clear varnishes (red, orange) or with a drop of clear glue for a glass effect.
This is a detail accessory, not a vehicle model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
