A nurse turned into an undead figure is the subject of 1:35 Nurse zombie Zombies serie, a resin casting from the Italian brand Royal Model.
Responsibility details are not available.
The figure captures a female figure in a nurse's uniform whose features and posture match a horror conception of the undead. It belongs to the Zombies serie line, which the Italian maker Royal Model casts in polyurethane resin. It is sold as a single figure without a finish and unassembled.
The size 1:35 is the home scale of military scenes, so the nurse will fit in among vehicles, debris and structural elements of the same size without trouble. She comes out best in a scene of an abandoned hospital, an evacuation point or a town after an outbreak, where she becomes the narrative center of the picture. The contrast of light working clothes against a disfigured figure carries a strong effect even on a small area.
First wash the casting in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent, so that the mold release residue from the mold disappears. Separate the casting blocks with a fine saw, level the faces and join the parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sanding is best done wet and with respiratory protection. Then comes a thin primer from a spray can or an airbrush, and only after that the modeling of the skin, the hair and the fabric.
The casting comes unassembled and without a finish; you will not find paints and glue in the package, unless stated otherwise.
