The ZTZ-100 is a modern Chinese main battle tank (MBT) of a new generation, publicly presented during the Victory Day military parade in Beijing in 2025. It represents the current direction of Chinese armor development with an emphasis on a modern powerplant, protection and fire control systems. It serves with the ground forces of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic. On a tracked vehicle, first assemble and paint the running gear (wheels, tracks) before you finish the hull and the turret - later it is harder to reach. Modern tanks usually wear single-color or low-contrast camouflage; after the clear coat, bring out the details with a wash and add restrained weathering with pigments (fine dust on the running gear and the lower areas) in keeping with contemporary service.
