About product

Lifecolor Silver (gloss silver)

A water-thinnable acrylic paint of Italian manufacture in a 22 ml bottle. The shade corresponds to gloss silver per the standard FS 17178 and suits metal areas of models such as engines, exhausts, instrument panels or small details. The paint is non-toxic, practically odorless and dries quickly.

Use

  • Applied with a brush as well as an airbrush; for spraying it is thinned with water or acrylic thinner to a milky consistency.
  • The metallic pigment settles to the bottom, so stir the bottle thoroughly before use.
  • It comes out best on a smooth, finely sanded surface.
  • Apply it rather toward the end of a build, as metallics are harder to overspray and mask.

Who it is for

For modelers of aircraft, vehicles and ships who need a dependable gloss metallic shade for brush and airbrush alike.

Keep out of the reach of children. Ensure ventilation and protect your airways when airbrushing.
