A set of cast resin road wheels in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer ELEFANT, meant for building the German Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer tank destroyer. It is the hub version with 16 rivets and a narrow collar, which reproduces the later form of the wheels on this vehicle exactly. The set replaces the plastic parts from the kit and brings sharper relief on the rubber and on the pressed detail of the hub.
The Jagdpanzer 38(t), nicknamed the Hetzer, was a light, low and well armored tank destroyer of the end of the Second World War, built on the proven chassis of the Panzer 38(t). The form of the road wheels differed during production (the number of rivets, the width of the collar), so the right wheel version has a marked effect on the fidelity of the model.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean the faces up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. We recommend painting the wheels separately and fitting them only after the running gear has been varnished.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
