The package holds three identical injection-molded plastic kits of the Chinese Harbin Z-9WA military utility helicopter in 1:350 scale from Bronco. The small models are meant mainly as deck equipment for ship models in this scale or for a display case. They are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Harbin Z-9 is a Chinese utility helicopter derived from the license-built Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin. The Z-9WA version is armed and serves for observation, for the support of ground forces and for carrying guided weapons. It is deployed with ground units and from the decks of ships.
Given the small scale, work with a sharp blade and tweezers and clean the flash off the parts carefully. Painting with an airbrush and picking the cockpit and the rotor out with a fine brush both pay off. A light panel wash brings the small surfaces to life. Super glue suits firm joints on small parts.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
