Production wheels tend to be simplified and carry the marks of the mold. Resin castings have a sharper relief, which once painted markedly improves the look of the sturdy landing gear of this heavy carrier-based aircraft. The wheels are fitted in place of the parts from the box.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent because of the mold release agent. Separate the wheels from the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate. Do the sanding with respiratory protection.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete kit. The basic model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
