This item is not an airplane model, but a precise 3D-printed resin replacement for the wheels of plastic models of the L-39C / L-39ZA Albatros in 1:48 scale. It replaces the factory wheels with more faithfully shaped tires and finely detailed hubs.
The tires have a weighted, slightly sagged contact patch imitating the weight of the machine, and finely rendered tread patterns. The wheel hubs carry crisp details that are hard to reproduce in injection-molded plastic.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways when sanding and apply a primer before painting.
This is an accessory for a build, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
