The set contains two 3D printed resin replicas of the 1000 lb MK.36 bomb of the US Navy. It serves as an accessory for the external stores of a model, not as a kit in its own right. The parts are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The MK.36 was a 1000 lb general purpose bomb used by the US Navy and by the Royal Air Force in the period of the Second World War and the Korean War. It ranked among the heavier external stores of the carrier-borne and land-based combat aircraft of that time.
Wash the parts free of release agent, separate them from the supports and the casting blocks and glue them with super glue. Carry out sanding with protection of the airways. Primer is recommended; bombs are usually sprayed olive green or metallic gloss and completed with colored bands.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
