A set of colored self-adhesive 3D decals in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Kelik for detailing the cockpit of a model of the Soviet MiG-23 fighter in the ML and MLA versions. The raised instrument panels, panels and other elements are printed on a flexible film and are applied like a decal. It is not photo-etched or resin.
The MiG-23 was a Soviet fighter aircraft with a variable-geometry wing introduced during the Cold War. The ML and MLA versions brought modernized avionics and a lightened structure with a focus on air combat. The type served with the Soviet Air Force and with a number of friendly states.
Remove the molded details from the plastic parts of the cockpit, so that the surfaces are smooth. Transfer the tiny 3D decals with tweezers and press them down, and fine-tune them if necessary with a drop of decal glue or of thin white glue. At a small scale a magnifier and a steady hand help.
This is an accessory for the interior, not a model of the aircraft. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
