General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper in 1:72 scale from Kinetic - an injection-molded plastic kit of the American unmanned attack aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper unmanned attack aircraft in 1:72 scale from Kinetic. The package contains underwing armament and decals for several operators. The slender drone with its long wings makes a striking and unusual model for a display case.
The MQ-9 Reaper is a remotely piloted unmanned aircraft intended for long reconnaissance and for strike missions. Powered by a turboprop engine, it stays in the air for many hours and carries a combination of sensors and precision-guided munitions. The armed forces of a number of countries use it for surveillance and for targeted strikes.
Take care to glue the long wings and the landing gear legs firmly and straight. Paint the underwing armament and the sensor turret separately. Use liquid cement for plastic, a primer and an airbrush; a thin wash will pick out the fine panel lines. Bond the clear sensor parts with super glue.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
