Revell 30 Orange, gloss acrylic paint (18 ml)

An acrylic modeling paint from the Revell Aqua Color range in a deep orange (matching RAL 2004) with a gloss finish. The bottle holds 18 ml. It is a water-thinnable acrylic with a mild odor, practically free of organic solvents, which once dry forms a durable continuous film. Do not confuse it with the Revell enamel (synthetic) range, which is thinned differently and dries more slowly.

Use

• It is applied with a brush and with an airbrush onto plastic models and other modeling surfaces.
• It is thinned with clean water; for spraying, Aqua Color Mix is useful, as it slows drying in the nozzle.
• For spraying, thin the paint by roughly 20 to 25 percent and apply it in thin coats.
• It can normally be overcoated after a short while and dries through in a few hours.
• The gloss finish makes a good base under decals.
