The Quick Marker is a marker filled with acrylic paint intended for quick work on miniatures and figures. This one is black, that is the darkest and at the same time the most universal position in the whole line. Despite the way it tends to be grouped with weathering products, it is a coloring tool, not a weathering preparation.
On miniatures black works mainly as a tool of contrast, not as an area color. The proven approach is to put it into the shadows and along the outlines and let the colored areas stand out above it — that makes a model readable at once, even when it is otherwise painted in only a few tones. Work with the tip in short strokes and let the layer dry, otherwise the previous application will be softened. If you put black over a larger area, expect it to look hard at scale; go over it afterwards with a dry brush of gray so that the shape appears. The paint is acrylic and once dry it can be worked over with ordinary acrylics.

Wipe the tip after work and close the marker, otherwise it dries out. Store at room temperature and out of reach of children.
