Jet Exhaust

Vallejo Jet Exhaust (Metal Color)

A metallic modeling paint from the Metal Color range in a 32 ml bottle. This alcohol-based airbrush paint creates a dark, slightly smoky metallic shade that faithfully reproduces the heat-stressed and scorched surfaces of jet nozzles and exhaust systems. The paint is ready to spray straight from the bottle and is thinned only with Metal Color Thinner, not with water.

Use

• It is applied with an airbrush, ideally in thin coats over a smooth surface.
• It combines superbly with other Metal Color shades for smooth transitions on nozzles.
• Use a gloss black primer for the full metallic effect.
• The pigment settles to the bottom, so shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
• It is thinned only with Metal Color Thinner; apply it as the final metallic coat.

Who it is for

Intended for modelers of jet aircraft and missiles who want a realistic rendering of scorched nozzles and exhausts. Airbrush users will appreciate it.

An alcohol-based paint. Use in a well-ventilated area, keep away from open flame and out of the reach of children.
