A Gunze modeling paint from the Mr.Color line, the anniversary Little Armory Color shade designated Flat Dark Earth 1. The sandy brown tone of modern weapons and gear.
Responsibility details are not available.
Flat Dark Earth is the established name of the sandy brown tone in which, since the turn of the millennium, the stocks, grips and polymer parts of small arms, items of gear and load-carrying systems have been finished. The number 1 in the name sets this variant apart from the other shades of the same family within the line, because there are several sandy brown tones and they differ in the share of the gray and the red component. The shade belongs to the anniversary line Little Armory Color, put together for the tenth anniversary and aimed at models of small arms.
Besides weapons and gear it suits modern military vehicles in desert schemes, the crates, straps and packs of figures, and it works as a base for the shades of dust and earth on the lower parts of vehicles. It takes tinting well: by adding a little gray or white a lightened variant can be mixed from it for edges and raised surfaces.
Stir the bottle thoroughly before use, so that the pigment settled at the bottom spreads through the whole volume. For an airbrush thin the paint with the thinner intended for the Mr.Color line and apply it in several thin coats, not in one heavy one. This line is not thinned with water. With a brush work fast and do not draw repeatedly over a coat that has started to set. Wipe the bottle after taking paint out and close it carefully, otherwise the paint dries in the thread and the cap stops sealing.
For builders of models of weapons, modern figures and military vehicles. The paint alone is supplied. Thinner, a brush and an airbrush are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
