A flexible masking tape from Vallejo, 18 mm wide and 18 m long. It is used to cover areas that are not to be painted while spraying and airbrushing. The tape follows curves and rounded edges well, holds a crisp border between colors, resists thinners and peels off without sticky residue once the paint has dried. The 18 mm width is a universal format that handles both larger areas and ordinary camouflage transitions without your having to lay down many narrow strips.
Suitable for plastic modelers and for painters of figures and miniatures who need reliable, universal masking with clean transitions. The tape is easy to cut with scissors or with a sharp knife directly on the part.
Apply it to a completely dry surface, press the edges down firmly to prevent paint creeping underneath, and remove the tape in good time and at a shallow angle. On delicate surfaces, test the adhesion first in a hidden spot.
