Bardock is a character from the Japanese Dragon Ball Z franchise. The model shows him as a standing figure, where the final impression is decided mainly by how clean the joints are on the visible surfaces and by the work on the face. The model belongs to the Figure Rise model line given in the name, and it is a plastic kit.
This is a plastic model of a character supplied as a set of parts for assembly, not a finished figure. The height of the finished model, the number of parts, the scale and the color scheme of the parts are stated on the box and in the enclosed instructions. Follow the instructions for the order of the steps too, because on figures the joints under clothing or behind the arms are hard to reach later.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little from the part and sand the mark left by the cut. Wash and degrease the plastic before painting. The large areas of clothing and of the body are easier to spray separately, while the neighboring parts do not cover them; the face is brushed last. Sharp transitions between fields of color come out best over masking tape applied before spraying, not by touching up the edges.
