A modeling paint from the Mr.Paint range, in a blue shade named after the Ford GT car. Intended above all for application with an airbrush.
Responsibility details are not available.
A paint from the Mr.Paint range, the shade Ford GT Liquid Blue. The name of the shade points to the Ford GT car and to the blue finish that became known on it as Liquid Blue. Judge the exact appearance of the shade from the manufacturer's color chart and from the label on the bottle, as a verbal description will never replace the color itself. For building a car in a larger scale, bear in mind that a saturated shade looks different over a large area than on a small sample.
The range is prepared mainly for an airbrush. Choose the thinner intended for this range and keep to the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging. Stir the contents of the bottle thoroughly before working, otherwise the pigment stays settled at the bottom and the shade shifts. Lay on several thin coats with a pause between them so that they have time to flash off; one heavy coat fills the engraving and wipes out the fine detail. Wash and degrease the surface of the model beforehand, as on greasy plastic the coat beads up.
Builders of car models looking for a shade tied to a particular car will reach for it, but it will serve anywhere else you need a saturated blue. A car body takes the shade best on a smooth and even base, so sand the surface carefully and clear it of dust before painting.
The thinner, a primer, brushes and an airbrush are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise. The volume of the package is given on the packaging. Work in a well ventilated space and close the bottle carefully after use so that the paint does not thicken.
