Responsibility details are not available.
This is a modeling paint in a brown shade that the manufacturer carries under the designation H2 in its range of shades for Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service aircraft. The shade does not depend on scale, so one bottle will serve models in small and large scales alike. Which aircraft and which period the shade belongs to is worth checking in the sources for the subject you are building; camouflage schemes changed during service and brown appeared in various combinations with other colors.
Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging and use the thinner intended for this range. Stir the contents of the bottle well before work so that the pigment settled at the bottom is spread through the whole volume. Lay the paint down in thin coats and let each one dry before you put the next one on. A heavy coat floods the fine surface detail, while a thin coat preserves it and the shade comes out evenly.
Wash and degrease the model before painting, or the paint will blotch on greasy spots. A lighter base holds the shade more faithfully than bare plastic. On larger areas it pays to vary the shade a little so that the model does not look flat. After work, wipe the rim of the bottle and close it carefully, or the lid will dry shut in time.
Thinner, brushes, an airbrush and the model are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
