This is a hand modeling tool of the Model Craft brand, not a kit. The saw has a metal frame that tensions a thin saw blade, and a handle for guiding the cut comfortably. Thanks to the narrow blade it handles the fine and curved cuts that are out of reach for an ordinary saw.
Tension the blade in the frame so that the teeth point toward the handle, and lead the cut with smooth strokes without pressure. Choose a matching coarseness of blade for different materials; a finer blade gives a cleaner edge. It is advisable to clamp the parts being cut firmly, so that they do not vibrate.
Saw blades are regarded as a consumable. Take care over safety while working and protect your fingers and eyes.
