A Hataka modeling paint from the Orange Line range in a dark earthy shade, listed under the designation Military Dark Earth.
Responsibility details are not available.
Military Dark Earth is a dark earthy tone on the border between brown and ocher. Shades of this kind form the basis of military camouflage, where they are meant to break a machine up optically against bare soil and dry vegetation. They are used on aircraft as well as on ground vehicles and serve equally well as a base for deposits of dust and mud on running gear or on lower surfaces.
Stir the bottle thoroughly before use, ideally with a mixing ball, so that the pigment settled at the bottom disperses evenly. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging, that is the thinner made for this range. Apply the paint in several thin coats rather than one heavy one, otherwise the fine surface detail of the model disappears.
For builders of military vehicles who want their camouflage shades matched within one range. The paint suits spraying as well as brushwork on smaller areas.
The thinner, a brush and an airbrush are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise. Store the paint well closed at ordinary room temperature and out of the reach of children.
