The Tamiya Modeling Blade (Flat Chisel 2mm) is a flat chisel blade of high-speed steel, 2 mm wide, for engraving and cleaning up surfaces.

A replaceable flat chisel blade of high-speed steel (HSS) with a 2 mm cutting edge. It serves to scrape off unwanted raised marks, clean up surfaces and engrave grooves on plastic models, above all in places an ordinary knife or side cutters cannot reach. The edge holds well and allows precise work on flat surfaces. The blade is supplied by the manufacturer in a protective case.
Suitable for more advanced modelers who detail surfaces, restore panel lines and clean up moldings. The blade can be used in the matching engraving blade holder or vise from the same manufacturer.
The edge is of hard steel and very sharp, so work carefully and guide the cut away from your body. The holder and the vise are not included in the package.
