A set of eight lacquer shades of German military aviation from the eighties. It takes in the gray-blue pattern of the naval machines, the green and black-gray surfaces of the tactical aircraft, the color of the rescue helicopters and the green of the border guard.

From the eighties German military aviation used two entirely different compositions of finishes. The machines operating over the sea received a cold gray-blue pattern that blended with the surface of the water, whereas the aircraft over land carried dark green and black-gray areas matching the landscape beneath them. Beside them there also flew rescue helicopters in a lighter form and the machines of the border guard in a green of their own. The selection puts all three worlds side by side.
The package covers the combat aircraft with a variable-sweep wing in the naval and the land-based guise, then the older interceptor and reconnaissance types, a light jet trainer, a twin-engine transport and a whole group of helicopters from the light observation one through the utility one to the heavy transport. The last green tone belongs to the machines of the border guard, which did not fall under military aviation but carried similar equipment.
The shades are lacquer and mix well with one another, so a faded counterpart of any of them can easily be worked out for the effect of an aged surface.
