An AK Interactive acrylic modeling paint from the Real Colors range, a green shade carrying the name Ninja Green, in a bottle of 17 ml.
Responsibility details are not available.
Ninja Green is one of the shades named with a trade name of their own, with no reference to a standard number. By its name it is a green, but no standard defines the exact tone, so it is judged against the manufacturer's color chart and against the subject you are building. Shades of this kind come into their own in modeling above all on vivid color finishes, where the point is not camouflage but the opposite: that the machine should be seen at first glance.
A vivid green suits bodywork and cowlings, frames, tanks and fenders, as well as scenic accessories, signs or shipping crates. It is also used as a striking accent on an otherwise soberly painted model. The larger the continuous area, the more careful the surface preparation has to be, because a bold color shows up every sanding mark and every greasy fingerprint left behind.
Green pigments tend to cover less well than dark shades, so it pays to lay the paint over a light base and add several thin coats rather than one heavy one. Always stir the bottle thoroughly first, as the pigment settles at the bottom. Let the paint dry between coats and check the resulting coverage on a test part first. The thinning ratio, the spraying pressure and the cleaning of tools follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.
One bottle of paint of 17 ml is supplied. A primer, thinner, a final varnish and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
