A loose pigment powder in a purple shade from the fluorescent group of pigments of the Spanish brand Green Stuff World. The pigment is a dry color body: it is applied dry with a brush and settles in the texture of a surface, where it holds a saturated tone with no liquid component. The word FLUOR in the name delimits the group against earth pigments for weathering. Purple is the shade in it that painters of miniatures reach for with magical and psionic subjects, that is where an effect is to be clearly supernatural.
The product is a powder in a tub, not a liquid paint in a bottle. A fluorescent tone is at the same time not the same thing as a pigment that glows in the dark: phosphorescent powders are run by Green Stuff World as a separate Glow in the Dark range. The resulting saturation is a matter of dosing, so add the pigment in small amounts.
For painters of miniatures and modelers who work with pigments and want a saturated purple in the palette for effect subjects that ordinary weathering shades do not cover.
The pigment is a fine powder. Work in a well-ventilated area, do not inhale the powder, protect your eyes and keep it out of the reach of children.
