Responsibility details are not available.
A sandy brown shade from the Orange Line range by Hataka, carried under the name Sand Brown. The number FS 30277 given in the name refers to the American standard of shades, thanks to which you can compare the paint with conversion tables and with the shades of other ranges. It is a warm, subdued tone on the border between sand and brown, that is, a color that looks dusty on a model all by itself.
Most often on the desert and dry camouflage of vehicles and aircraft, on the ground surfaces of dioramas, on wood, crates and equipment. It also serves well as an intermediate tone when lightening darker brown areas and as a base under pigments, because it joins easily with dust shades and the transition does not jump out. It works on figures in desert equipment too, and on small accessories where the brown is meant to stay light.
Shake the bottle well before use, the pigment sinks to the bottom. The thinner intended for this range and the thinning ratio are stated by the manufacturer on the packaging; go by it, because mixing in thinners from other ranges does not pay off. Spray in several thin coats and let each one flash off; a single heavy coat floods the detail of the surface. Over a dark substrate more coats will be needed, so a light base coat pays off. Clean your tools and the airbrush right after the work, dried paint is far harder to remove.
Thinner, cleaner, base coat and tools are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
